Are you a fisherman, retired fishermen or from a fishing family? This event is for you! Join C Aware to talk about cancer awareness, identify cancer signs and symptoms and screening options.
At this event, there will be opportunities for attendees to have confidential chats with healthcare professionals around cancer signs and symptoms - including head and neck cancers, breast cancer and skin cancers.
There will also be staff at the event who can chat to you about what support is available before, during and after a cancer diagnosis. Finally, we will also have the North Tyneside health trainers at the event, to find out about programmes and local support available to reduce your risk of cancer through lifestyle changes.
