In this lively session, the Donald brothers will reveal how they dream up their famous characters and work with you to create a brand-new comic marking North Shields 800.
We’re looking for the characters and stories that make North Shields tick: the neighbour with a tall tale, the pub joker, the market stall regular, or a long lost local eccentric ready to be immortalised in cartoon form.
Bring your stories, share a laugh, and watch them come to life on the page. A playful tribute to the past and a comic keepsake for the future.
